Batam View Beach Resort - Nongsa

I had a great stay at this place, enjoying the continental breakfast that included a selection of local dishes.

Quiet location, near the beach. Brand-new, big room with a private bathroom and a hair dryer, a bidet, and a shower cap. Extra care from the extremely friendly and excellent staff.

a shopping area, nice and stunning location next to a shopping centre and the batam view beach resort. astonishing and splendid breakfast for the start of the day with an assortment of options. highly efficient and excellent staff on reception and elsewhere.

The venue was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The service was great, and the room was recently renovated and perfect, featuring a fridge and beautiful sea view. The pool was enjoyable, and I had refreshing soft drinks at the poolside bar.

I stayed in a suite for 2n3d from 15 May to 17 May 2011. The staff are friendly.Shuttle bus to Nagoya shopping centre is available at a flat rate of s$5 per person ( to and fro) from resort to Nagoya shopping centre , twice a day Room was very clean and kept ready..Breakfast is ok.

1. Shuttle bus has limited passenger capacity and gives only about 2 hrs of free time at Nagoya. Book your seats when you check in.The frequency and the free (shopping) time may be increased. 2. Room service may be better organized. I had to remind few times to get some cutlery which eventually came after 2 hours.And another time, dinner ordered by other room was about to be delivered to our room. 3. During break fast, one had to wait too long to get an omlette or poached egg. Room service dishes are of high cost and no restaurant nearby (other than the sea food restaurant which is not an option for vegetarians )

Very peaceful location

Most of the staff spoke very little English probably as most of their guests are from Korea,Singapore or India.Would recommend only if they wanted nothing more than a very relaxing holiday as there is not much else to do

We greatly enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a wide range of delicious options. The location is magnificent, conveniently close to the Grand Lady Batam View Beach Resort and easy access to taxis for shopping. The hotel staff was highly efficient and friendly.

It is a very quiet place close to a beach

The hotel is very far away from the city (40 minutes by taxi)

The rooms were a nice size in washbasin, everything was amazing. Great decor, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

The staff - some of them were average.

Staff were friendly and the scenery was nice.

Beach was a bit dodgy and the food was overpriced. I read that Batam is run by Singaporeans to rip other Singaporeans off- that seems to be true.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with friendly staffs who are always at your service. our hotel room was clean and everything we needed was almost there. the location was ideal for relaxing but too far away to the city centre.

There could be more bus schedules to the city centre with a longer time for shopping instead of 4 hours only. other then that it was fine.

Enjoyed the amazing breakfast with a variety of choices, thank you very much.

This place was so chill, we had a great view of the sea from our fancy room. the restaurant we had lunch at was top-notch. the staff there were fantastic, they truly made our stay wonderful. Overall, everything here was just fantastic! 🌟

We could see the seaview from either side of the hotel and that was indeed refreshing.

There was a power failure on the 1st night but the staff quickly came and fixed it.
